feeling better about your unique and valuable place in the world
From the very first session, you will experience change as we delve into mind/body integration, using your art form and everyday activities to learn by doing.
Whole Body Performance coaching will be your new superpower to help you achieve the life you want!
Every Body
Calling everyone who wants to learn to use the body they have with more comfort and fluidity, less pain and rigidity. Have you ever wanted to recapture the ease and joy you felt in movement as a kid? We will focus on discovering how our bodies were meant to move so that we can feel and function at our best. This is a fun and practical approach to mindful movement, stress reduction, and mind-body connection. The best thing is – sessions will be customized for YOU. What is it that you would like to do more easily? Would you like to improve your balance? Make sure you are getting the most out of your yoga class? Relieve eye strain or back pain from sitting in front of a computer? Or simply get some relief from knee pain when you are walking downstairs? From the most athletic to the most mundane, we will work to improve coordination and efficiency by learning how to work with the body we have. If you have a body, you belong here!
Organizations
Managing Stress in the Workplace
Stress HURTS. It knots our muscles; it taxes our mind and fatigues our body. Sometimes, it feels like being trapped on a hamster-wheel.
So – how do we transform unwanted stress into useful energy?
In an experiential workshop, we will learn to reverse the stress cycle using curiosity, kinesthetic learning, body awareness and mindfulness. We will learn about the science of stress and how it affects us. We will explore cultivating calm in our headspace and ease in our bodies.
By learning to practice intentional presence in the workplace, we will be able to step out of that hamster wheel, giving us tools to be our best selves both at work, and at home.
