Small Group Pods
3-5 people make the perfect pod - grab a few friends or colleagues and let's explore Alexander Technique together! I've helped small groups of folks walk with more comfort and even do household chores like washing the dishes with more ease. Anything you have an interest in is fair game - and more fun - in a pod!

Need a more personal approach? In 1:1 sessions, I provide space to explore your individual needs around movement, pain management, and performance so that you can feel and function your best.
